Kenneth (Ken) E. Blucker, CPMR, CEO / Sales
Ken supervises all territories covered by K.J.A., Inc., and has direct contact with all major accounts. He has more than 35 years experience in the industry, and 30 years experience as a manufacturers' agent. Ken is a member of ISSA, MRA, KJSA and SSAI. He has an MBA from Southern Illinois University.

Jennifer (Jen) Wells, President / Sales
Jen has account responsibility for Missouri. She has more than 14 years experience as a manufacturers' agent. She is a member of ISSA and YES. Jen earned her MBA from Maryville University.

Gary A. Smith, VP Western Region / Sales
Gary has account responsibility for Kansas and Nebraska. Gary has more than 12 years experience in the industry. He has a B.S. in biology from the University of Kansas.

Steven E. Wells, Eastern Regional Sales Manager / Sales
Steven has account responsibility in Missouri, Iowa and southern Illinois. Steven has more than nine years experience in the industry. He has a B.S. in marketing from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

James (Jim) E. Morris, VP Disposable Products / Sales
Jim coordinates sales and training for the Disposable Division of K.J.A., Inc. He has more than 35 years experience selling disposables to the industrial and food service industries, and has spent time at the manufacturing and distributing level.

Sandra (Sandy) L. Blucker, CFO / Sales
Sandy has more than 30 years experience in assisting in managing K.J.A., Inc. She has a thorough knowledge of product lines, customer bases and factory procedures.

Catherine Pilarski, Customer Service
Catherine's main responsiblities are customer service and inside sales. She holds an Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Lisa Christman, Customer Service
Lisa is K.J.A.'s customer service representative and assists with special projects. Lisa has a B.S. from St. Joseph's College in Rensselaer, Ind.

John H. Norwat, Western Region Sales
John has more than five years experience in the janitorial and sanitation industry at both the manufacturing and distribution levels. He holds a B.A. in public relations from Washburn University.

Ken reviews all contracts and legal matters. He has a J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is a licensed attorney in both Missouri and Kansas.
